Lesson Development

  1. Teacher explains the parts of speech (emphasis on verb, nouns, adverbs and adjectives)
  2. Teacher conducts a mini quiz of general knowledge questions where the answers are nouns.
  3. Teacher shows several pictures. Each picture comes with a scrambled up word (either adverb or adjective) and students are encouraged to solve them.
  4. Teacher asks students to recall as many questions as they can that appeared on all the four games featured in the programmed
  5. Students write similar questions and exchange them with their partners or group members.

Students are given simple crossword puzzles to solve individually.
