Objectives of the lesson
By the end of the lesson, students should be able to:
1.       Study the series of notes/pictures from the start to the end carefully.
2.       Understand the steps involved in the process and procedure.
3.       Link the event in the first picture with that of the next and so on.
4.       Give a description of the process or procedure in a logical and organized way.
5.       The simple present tense is usually used for the type of description. The past tense is usually used to describe a process or procedure already seen.
6.       In other to make your essay read smoothly, use sentence connectors like firstly, secondly,next,then,later etc.
7.       If asked to give instructions, use imperatives.
Examples: Add in a tea spoon of sugar.
                   Cut the piece of paper in half.
Lesson Development
1.       Introduction (Brief Details)
-          Ingredients needed: 30 gm jelly/pandan leaves/500ml water/1 litre of soya milk/250gm sugar/evaporated milk/fruit cocktail
-          Follow the instructions to make fruity soya bean jelly
2.       Body/Content:
-          First – soak 30 gm jelly-bowl-20 minutes
-          Boil jelly with pandan leaveof soya- 500ml water
-          Lower fire – add 1 litre of soya milk – stir a few seconds
-          Lower fire – add in 250 gm sugar –stir - dissolved
-          Switch off fire – stir in evaporated milk
-          Add in fruit cocktail and allow to set
3.       Conclusion:
-          Pour the mixture into small cups
-          Put in the fridge before serving
-          It taste is delicious as good as its look.
