Objectives of the lesson	By the end of the lesson, students should be able to: 1.       Read the question carefully what kind of report you are asked to write on. Is it a newspaper report, a book report, a police report, a report of an event/activity? 2.       Whatever the report, there are some common features: -          Facts are presented based on evidence. -          The information provided can easily be checked out. -          The information presented must be as objectives as possible. Only facts should be presented, -          The report is often signed and therefore the person who signs the report is responsible for the contents of the report. 3.       When you write a report, asked yourself the following questions: -          What are you writing about? -          What is the purpose of the report? -          Who is going to read the report? 4.       Give your report a title. 5.       Write your point in logical order. Use sentence connectors such as First/Then/Next/After that/ Finally
Lesson Development	1.       Introduction (Brief Details) -          On Saturday, 5 January 2014, at 10 a.m ……cycled to Bistari store -          Located along Jalan Pasar, Kota Marudu -          Parked bicycle outside the shop -          Went in to get provisions -          Was in store for 15 minutes -          When came out, saw bicycle missing 2.       Body/Content: -          Looked around, other bicycle were there -          Asked some boys standing nearby -          Had not locked bicycle, just wound chain -          Black in colour with red decorative marks on bar -          Basket in front -            3.       Conclusion: -          – went to make police report
Post Activity	Write a composition about  Report on Missing Bicycle in not less than 120 words.
